Levi's hi-waisted White Jean Shorts 28

501 levis denim shorts. High rise with distressing. They are a very light blue almost white colour but not true white. Brand new with tags on. Purchased on Poshmark but unfortunately they do not fit. Size is 28W but I would say they fit more like a 27. Button fly In great condition.
