These ones are not- they’re a normal rise. The black wedgie fit Levi’s I have listed are a higher rise :)

I didn’t notice that. I wear a 28 in almost all my jeans- including my Levi’s. I know some of the colours fit different.. blue vs. Black. I can always send measurements if you’d like
