cathydenton @karolineratc842 "Strap drop" means the distance between the center point (middle) of the strap when the bag is hanging, to the top of the bag (the perpendicular drop distance). "Strap length" is the end-to-end measurement. Some people prefer "the drop" measurement, especially for wider bags. I prefer to know the strap length. I hope this helps.
