colorbuff @eunichang1997 I don't believe it is. I don't know how to find out that information. This is a coat that was purchased by a relative as a gift for my daughter when she was 11 or 12 .I am no longer in touch with this relative. So I can't ask her. To me, it does not appear over sized but this brand (Jessica) tends to run a bit bigger. than most other brands that I know. I'm sorry. I wish I could be more helpful.

colorbuff @eunichang1997 One more thing to consider. The coat is fairly thick. Although the bust measurement appears to be generous,, you have to account for the thickness. It may be 42 inches on the outside but it isn't 42 inches on the inside. I hope that makes sense.

colorbuff @debreisner Hello and thank you for your question. I am not home right no, but will look for the fabric content when I come home in an hour or two. From memory, II believe it is a synthetic blend. I world call this color "ice blue". It's a pale and very cool blue.

colorbuff @debreisner The fabric content is as follows: 95% polyester, 3% rayon and 2% spandex. The lining is 100 & polyester. Back to the color, I think you could also call this a powder blue or baby blue.
