Light Blue Fish Pattern Blouse

Light blue blouse with yellow and orange fish on it, and lighter coloured bubbles. Has ruffled, short sleeves, and a ruffled collar. There is a little opening on the front, with a tie to close it. Material is a little sheer. Bought it at a local store with no designer tags on it (only the tag from the store). Condition: Only worn a couple of times so no flaws Length: 24-inches (61cm) Size: there is no size indicated, but I usually fit a size large (see photo of me modeling it)
