dollyryan01 @kbellas609 hi there I’ve tried a feeble attempt at just wiping it with a damp cloth. I’m sure it would come out with further investigation. The overall condition of these shoes are just perfect. Perfection never been worn. Thank you for being interested in these shoes. I’ve always loved them, but never wore them.

dollyryan01 @kbellas609 I want to emphasize that these were bought at Holt Renfrew here in Toronto and with the exception of the mark they are in perfect shape as I bought them. They put them in the box and they never really came out. I don’t even know the origin of the MARK. I hope you’re still interested in them. They’re beautiful and one-of-a-kind with the Swarovski crystals.
