Light amethyst earrings

Very beautiful, delicate light amethyst earrings. Dimensions (mm) 13.86 x 13.44 x 4.9mm Weight (carats) 21.95 925 Silver Posts are about 1.2mm or 16 gauge. I do not have any professional instrument to measure that but that is what I see with a ruler measurement. Got these from a gem stone auction to match to a ring with stones of same colour. But sadly they do not fit me. The gauge if too thick for me. They were sold as never worn. Been disinfected. Not very easy to open the clasps.
