Light blue flowy ivycity co dress

Size XS, it has no stretch but it is a looser, flowy fitting dress. I usually fit in sizes 2-4 and I have a 27 inch waist for reference. Only worn once for my engagement shoot. Has one faint makeup stain on the inside of the dress which is completely unnoticeable on the outside.
