Light turquoise vintage-style pumps size 7

Cutest light green heels for summer weddings and the like. From ModCloth. They’re marked a size 37 (euro sizing) which is normally a size 7 but I’m a 7.5 and they fit me pretty well. They have these little discoloration dots on them - see pics. Problem is reflected in price.
