Light weight khaki puffer jacket in size 2XL (fits like a medium)

Nice new khaki light weight puffer jacket in size 2XL with tags. Bought this jacket in 2XL but unfortunately it doesn't fit me at all, way too small. Fits more like a small/medium size. Always have trouble with the sizes from china.
