Lightweight blouse by Ellen Tracy in S

Super lightweight blouse with a built in tie at the neck by Ellen Tracy in US S. Black with a floral print in purple, white, and red. The fabric is just slightly see-through and might need a cami under. Ruffles and a button at the cuffs. Size small, with approximately 20" width ptp and just under that at waist. 24.5" length in front and 27.5" in back (from neckline). In great condition with one tiny snag on the sleeve. it's barely noticeable, I had to really search for the picture.
