taniapena588 @mc_style66 Hi the measurements with the skirt laid on a flat surface, it means that I measured only one side of the garment. To know if it fits you have to double each one but not length. Waist 16.4 inches Hips 20.5 inches Length 17.4 inches I hope this will help ☺️

taniapena588 @mc_style66 Hi I think you can make adjustments from waist to hem I mean the both sides of the inner seams. Fabric is a good quality and it's not expandable even better for taking ins.
