This lovely blouse is relaxed fit, true to size, and best for US 0 - 2, or petite size 4. The blouse is composed of a dense, velvet effect stretch poly textile and adorned with delicate black lace finishings and details. The blouse is cut straight through the sides for a relaxed (not oversized) fit that floats away from the body. Lace trimmed v-neckline, eyelash lace peplum hem, and matching lace back and arm panels. The sleeve hems are finished as photographed, and slightly tapered for a flattering look that is still comfortable and easy to move in.
