Standout in the office in this ruffled high-low vest by Anthropologie. With its ruffles and lower front than back, I loved wearing this over bodysuits and turtle necks. Tag says "L" , but it fits more like a "M". Like new- no rips, stains, pilling nor fading. Freshly dry cleaned (at home kit, so there is a scent) and freshly rolled with a lint brush, it is ready to wear.
