@nine1199 Hi. There are no tags on this kilt. I put the measurements from a ruler on the waist. It has been folded 3 times and the holes are lined up with the leather straps. I've taken the measurements for the waist and times it by 2. This is the size for the waist. It is heavy and feels like wool. hope this helps.
