Join me on a live show to talk about natural skincare! On Wednesday evenings around 7PM EST I host a vintage jewelry show! Jewelry is a great way to feel beautiful and pamper yourself. I also have an artisanal soap and skincare company and I am here to inspire you to use food grade ingredients on your skin because "what you put on your skin should be as good as what you eat." A little background on me.... Yes. I am a real medical doctor (see diploma above), an avid posher, and a soap maker. I was a pharmaceutical executive for 20 years and I even tried to become an astronaut at NASA in my twenties! Having many careers and trying new things has taught me to be flexible and open to whatever life may bring. Keeping a positive attitude and staying healthy are really important to me. Work life balance is paramount. Taking good care of yourself physically, mentally, and emotionally is what makes us all whole. Whether it's putting on some beautiful vintage jewelry, taking time to have a "spa day at home" for yourself, or simply going for a walk outside, small gestures matter for your overall health and well-being.
