This super warm and flattering puffy jacket was purchased in a boutique store in Hong Kong and is a Chinese brand doing their own Gore-tex like material. It's waterproof and breathable while being stylish! Sizing is a regular-fit small or athletic-fit medium. It has two hand pockets and two waist cinches. Save money from the pricey brands but get the same comfort and better styling from this only worn twice vest! Smoke/pet-free home.
