Is this an adult hat? Can you give the diameter measurement? Also the last picture, is that a hole in the hat?

@willow_acres it's an adult hat. I have a very large head. its a bit tight on me, so I never wore it. No holes but I'll double check.

@chris_j_v hey! would you mind measuring the hat you have? I'm pretty sure the Lil Mad Bomber hat is a product of Mad Bomber's kids line so it may not be 23.5 inches!
