Empire waist, ankle length/maxi, flowy dress. Tie up around waist is removable, and tie up at back of neck is attached. Sleeveless, with small zipper closure at back of neck to mid back.
Size xxl - made in China so fits like XL. 100% polyester. Inner lining has some stretch, and outer layer has chiffon like feel with no stretch. Would fit sizes 12-16

What is the chest measurement in inches?

@kristy922 I just added another picture (not a great one at that) with the pit to pit measurement across the chest. With the material stretched out, it's approximately 20 inches. I'm 38dd and it's definitely very tight on the girls, hence why I'm selling it.
