This skirt is the best! I love it! ( I just have too many) It sits lower on the waist and the front pockets are fake, it has a back zipper, lining and its 100% polyester so no itch. The color is a mix of black, grey, taupe, cream so it goes with many different shoes, boots, tops etc. It looks great for work with opaque tights OR going out with sneakers or boots, heels etc. Its very versatile and very comfortable. I purchased it in a boutique store in kelowna. Its in EXCELLENT condition as I have only worn it a few times. Measurements: Waist "14.5" there is no stretch Length "18.5" Hips at widest "18.5" I usually wear a size 2 and this is roomy on me so it would fit up or down sizes depending upon how you want it to fit and bodytype.
