This is such a fun & flirty Lilith France Full Tulle Black Skirt. Size label reads Medium/40. Though the skirt is black, with the different light the tulle gives off a blue sheen. Measures approximately 14” at waist 30” length. Approximately bottom width is over 54”. The skirt is in very good pre-owned condition with the exception of a tiny hole in the tulle at back of skirt - see pen maker. Absolutely love the sweet button pocket in front of the skirt.
