Lilli Ann Knit 3 piece dress scarf coat set 1960’s size 16/42 fits smaller (10?)

Lilli Ann Knit amazing vintage 3 piece wool knit (no fabric tag- feels like wool and consistent with the brand) dress, scarf and 3/4 coat in amazing condition! States size 16 or 42 however/ please see all measurements it fits far more like a modern size 10. This set is extremely beautiful and rare- such great quality and kept in immaculate condition. Very MOD or contemporary feel.. ultra lux
