These leggings are by Lily Pulitzer.with a UPF of 50+. The outer shell is 88% polyester and 12% spandex while the interior waistband is 85% Meryl nylon and 18% spandex. They are a size XS and when laid out flat the waist measures 12 inches across and the hips are 14 inches across,. These pants front rise is 9 inches and the inseam is 25 inches. They are a pretty blue/pink and green tropical print and still have all their tags. (16)
