Rich Navy blue Lily Rose velvet like mini dress with long sleeves size 8. It has the square neckline velvet construction, and attached bra cups with no pockets, but is lined. It has a contour waistband and is a pull on design. The fabric is polyester and spandex and has stretch to it. This is a beautiful little dress that can be used for a variety of occasions.
