Lime Green skirt with Wide Flare Inset Hem

This funky skirt is made from stretch cotton. Closure in the front mimics a pair of jeans. A wide inset at the bottom of the skirt gives it a nice flare. Tag reads size 4 but I would day this fits big. It's probably more like a size 6. Please pay close attention to the measurement photos to ensure a good fit.
