Gorgeous vintage 1996 Russian Collectors Plate manufactured by Bradford Exchange in the pattern "Cobalt Majesty" and designed by Irina Makarova. Decorated with a stunning ornate gold trim with floral swags. This limited edition plate is numbered 4979 A and is the First Issue of the "Treasures of Russian Tradition" Collection which is produced on hard-fire porcelain in an edition limited to a maximum of 95 firing days and crafted to the exacting standards of the Bradford Exchange. Not for food use - decorative art object. The plate is created as an optical illusion appearing as a cup and saucer; the cup however is painted onto the dish adding to the intrigue of the piece. This decorative plate is in excellent condition; no chips, cracks, repairs, discolouration, staining, or wear shown on the graphics Measurements: 5 3/4” inches diameter Vintage china/items often have small manufacturing flaws and/or signs of use; these do not affect the integrity of the item but is something to be mindful of when purchasing.
