Whatever the problem u may have w/your order love, all u had 2 do was talk 2 me about it & at least allow me the opportunity 2 fix/resolve whatever the issue is? Even if that meant returning ur order/issuing a refund. It's really upsetting that outta nowhere, after how I've been so kind..Sending u extra luxe freebies, & u couldn't evn discuss w/me prior 2 reporting 2 Posh?..

dani9067 I'm not trying 2 sound nasty here, jst concerned. I had no clue there was even any issue. I wish u would've @ least tried 2 talk 2 me 1st? I'm a stay @home mom of 4 boys whom relies on this only income 4 her family. Any negative rating/"report" affects me greatly & the future of this tiny business that's so new.(It also causes me undue stress causing bad flare ups of my Lupus & EDS illnesses).☹️ I'm a chronic pain sufferer sadly, its posted in my closet explaining details. Bed ridden most days..
