Lineman's Test Set Western Electric 1948

A vintage lineman's test set, made by Western Electric on April 24, 1948. It has 2 test leads but 1 at the phone side has come off from its end and needs to reconnected. It is in a brown leather case; the tester is attached to it with a screw. The leather strap has only 1 hole left. Unfortunately I have no means to test it. The tester in its case is roughly 10 1/4" long by 5 3/4" in width and 4 1/4" deep.
