Linen Midi Wrap Dress Black Size Small

Reposhing this item I purchased from @dearclementine. Loved it, but ready to rotate for something new. Beautiful linen wrap dress from independent seamstress in Europe. Made from lovely soft medium weight linen. It has cuffed sleeves and pockets! New without tags - it has never been worn. Just tried on. Size tag says small, but in my opinion it fits smaller than that (more like XS). Please see measurements below. The band that goes under the bust is approx 29” Shoulder to hem 43” Questions?
