Cottagecore ruffle linen blouse by Irish designer Paul Costello. Features off-white bodice with white ruffled dickie/lapel, button placket, curved collar, single pearl button at collar, gathered puffed shoulders, wide half sleeves with double ruffle at gathered cuffs and single button.
