Folded hem, not elastic. Super Soft. 100٪ Rayon. Drawstring at waist just slightly tightens. Square functional pockets front. One pocket back that can be functional. it is sewn in by manufacture but it's one of those pockets you just cut the interior string and it opens. Like new- tried on 1x but doesn't fit. Very appealing on.
