Linen and silk blend laceweight yarn

A wonderful yarn, now sadly discontinued. This yarn is a laceweight blend of linen and silk in a sophisticated light olive green, by Canadian producer Americo Original. They used to have a bricks and mortar store on Queen Street West in Toronto, where they sold their own house brand of unique and high-end fibres. But time and condos come for us all, and after moving online, the company finally succumbed to COVID. This unique and fabulous fibre is no longer available anywhere. Each of these 2 skeins are 100g and 580 meters, for a total of 200g and 1160 meters. It would make a stunning summer weight shawl, or a gorgeous drapy sweater. Indulge yourself!
