alibbywright Yes I can! Sorry I didn't see your comment earlier. Till I get the chance to measure - it's almost exactly at my waist (petite length) but I have smaller hips so the hips go out a little bit differently than mine. I would say it actually does fit a petite size properly, it's just that the hips flare differently than mine do! Will send measurements as soon as I can!
