ikkio @marousse Hi it holds on to the upper part of the ear Ear cuffs stay on by gripping the outer edge of the ear. The cuff is designed to fit snugly around the curve of the ear, and once the cuff has been placed in position, the wearer can secure it by squeezing the two ends of the ear cuff together so that the metal holds its shape.
