Linq - designed in LA - over the bottom shirt/ sweater

This unique light jacket or longer shirt that could be worn nicely with a pair of tights under. It is by Linq - designed in Los Angeles. The pockets end of sleeves and button area. I’ll have a unique frayed luck. Stretchy material very comfortable would look very cute with tights and boots. This item is new with tags so in new condition.
