Linvich size 40* BNWOT, tan colour multi pocket, cargo shorts

Linvich brand Fashion brand Tag says men's size 40* however they fit smaller. Closer to a 36/38. Please check measurements in pictures for a better idea of sizing. Cargo design shorts, sits longer on leg. Relaxed fit style. Belt loops for adjustable fit. *No belt included* Plenty of pockets. Perfect for hiking! Beige/tan in colour. Brand new, never worn. These were a gift to my husband, however he took the tags off prior to trying on. They just don't fit him well. No flaws that I can see.
