Lipsy Dress Turquoise and Black flocked size 8

Lipsy Flocked velvet detail, knee length dress in an eight. It has adjustable and removable straps to customize your fit. Measurements will be taken of it strapless as the straps will adjust to accommodate most heights. This dress also has fantastic boning in the bust and a faux two layer design. Flat lay measurements are approximate there is some give and amazing stretch to this dress. Armpit to armpit 15 inches. Waist 14 inches hips right around the bottom of the peplum 17 inches from the top points over the bust to the hem is approximately 28 1/2 inches It is a 73% polyester, 24% viscose and 3% elastane blend with the flocking being 100% polyamide nylon.
