Lipsy London Little Black Fringe Dress

Here's an elegant little black dress by Lipsy London, with all over draped fringe and a partly covered cut out back. It has a sweetheart neckline, solid ribbon style straps and a side zip. This is such a flattering dress. It has a luxurious liquid movement feeling! The fabric has a little bit of stretch for comfort. It measures 14" at the waist seam to seam and at the underarm is 18" from seam to seam. Shoulder to waist is 16". Waist to hem is 21.5". Excellent condition.
