Nova Scotia Legendary Designer’s Original Chic Navy blue dress with a flowing design and transparent hem accompanied by a stole to style multiple ways! 3/4 sleeves and small slit openings at hem on right and left sides. Perfect for formal occasions such as wedding parties or red carpets. Material is not labeled but the fabric drapes over your body and it’s very generous in terns of sizing.
