@aral_e I would love to say absolutely but that's hard to say! The dress is labelled as a size 2 but with the deep V in the back you may be good!

Armpit to armpit is 38 cm
Waist is 32.5 cm
Hip measurement is 41 cm
The length of the dress from armpit to end seam is 74 cm
