This is a great versatile little dress. Very lightweight fabric made up of 65% cotton, 32% polymide and 3% spandex for a little stretch. It features a side zip closure with a tie detail at the waist that provides quite a bit of flexibility in the waist fit. This is a high quality designer item. Similar dresses retail at Nordstrom for $500 to $600 USD. This dress is in near new condition. There are no signs of wear, damage or staining of any kind. The size tag is 16W and the lay flat measurements are as follows: pit to pit of 23", overall length 39". The waist maximum is 22" and when tied at tightest is 19.5". This is a timeless quality garment with great structure. Fabric is light enough that it can be worn year round. Easy to dress up or down depending on accessories. Equally nice with strappy sandals and a wrap or white sneakers and a jean jacket.
