Little Black Silk Dress

Purchased at a designer's shop in Caesar's Palace, Las Vegas back in 1998... I wore it once and it's been stored since, like new condition except I cut the tag out and can't remember the name of the shop or the designer. I know it's a size 2, I paid around $1000 US for it and I know it's 100% silk and handmade. I also know that without proof of such, this is just a gorgeous little black dress with bead fringe.
