This is Book 5, "Little Orphan Annie: Never say Die!" by Harold Gray, published by Cupples and Leon Co. in 1930. Presumed first edition. It has pictorial boards with dark green cloth binding. Comic strip originally printed in the Chicago Tribune, there are four panels per page tell the exciting story of Little Orphan Annie, the Silos, 'Daddy' Warbucks, and the new family the Dooleys, along with lots of villains. It is in very good condition. There is wear and discoloration to the cover and spine with bumped corners and a bit of loss on the back. There is a name and address in pencil inside the front cover and a some small crayon marks inside the back cover. The pages are very clean with just a few smudges and a little yellowing.
