Little black dress

This dress has a flared paper bag style skirt that is deceptively voluminous with sweet sequined details on the hem. The bodice is fitted with a beautiful sweetheart neckline and ruching. It has never been worn and still has the spare sequins attached where the tag once was. The dress hits about knee length on a 5'3" body.
