Little black dress with sheer neck

Forever 21 little black dress with sheer fabric in the décolletage (it stops and the fabric is opaque before the bra starts) with sheer sleeves. There’s no longer a tag but it’s size XS, with a chic boxy fit, so it would fit an S as well. Measurements when laid flat: Shoulder to shoulder: 14 1/2 in Chest: 18 in Hips: 19 1/2 in Length from shoulder to end: 32 in
