Little blue dress from She + Sky.

I bought this dress from « Boutique 1861 ». Never worn, but no tag. Blue lace on the front of the dress. No zip. A little button to attach the dress near of the neck. Cute pattern on the fabric all around the dress. Help me clear my closet! All reasonable offers will be accept!
