Liz Claiborne Navy and Cream Polka Dot Tunic Blouse - Excellent preowned condition - Accent buttons on the left shoulder - Lightweight and slightly sheer fabric - Loose fit - Thin shoulder pads - Slits at the bottom - 3/4 sleeves Size 12. Fabrication tag has been removed but feels like polyester. Reposhing this item I purchased from @lugbug. I just received it but unfortunately it’s too small for me 😢
