@nancytupants .hello….no I don’t believe there is stretch in this fabric ..it’s approx. 18.5-19” pit to pit

@nancytupants ..sorry, there is not structured waist line as it falls into an A line from under the bust. It falls just below the knee based on a 5”6 person
