Worn twice, in excellent condition. A very pretty skirt with lace-up velvet ribbons on the side. The waist band has stretch at the back from the shirring. Skirt is lined. The print is super cute and has flowers, pocket watches, pearls, and ribbons. The navy tulle peaking out underneath adds extra feminine flare. Really hoping this goes to a good home!
