Loft 82 navy blue and cream floral lace dress

loft 82 brand floral lace dress in cream or beige with dark navy blue overlay. the navy blue looks black under some lighting. has a black silky liner. no size tags but fits small, see photos for measurements. has one small white stain on the inside of the collar, but it's not visible when worn. otherwise in great condition!
